The system reads all state sheets (AP, TS, KA, TN, MH…),
parses hospital profiles and NOC details, then shows you a preview
before writing anything to the database.
Before uploading, make sure:
parse_excel.py is uploaded to the same hospitals/ folder
Sheet names match state codes: AP, TS, KA, TN, MH, KL, WB, etc.
File size is under your server's upload limit (usually 8–32 MB)
